Driving with the door(s) open detrimental to the car?

So as the title states, is it detrimental to the car's door hinges to drive with the door(s) open?
To be more specific, I am referring to parking lot speeds 5-10 mph...just driving slow and coming to a real slow creep all the while the driver's and or passenger door being fully open. For those of you familiar with this let me know your thoughts/long term experience. I have been performing this stunt move for about 2-3 months now without issues but if it will mess up my car's door/hinges then I will consider stopping. And if you must ask why I do this, because menace and plus it makes me happy. Input is appreciated.

I don't see why it would matter if you're just going slow and not coming to a harsh stop.

Lol I would hardly call that a stunt, nor is it something that would entertain me for several months .

I think it depends on how/what you're doing. If you think about it, when the doors are open there is more leverage working against the hinges and hinge mounting points because the weight of the door plus the changes in velocity will put some stress focused on the hinge area. (Whereas when driving with the door securely shut, the load is secured and distributed across both ends and has very little leverage at all.)

But if you're just moving the car around with the door open sometimes and aren't abruptly accelerating or braking, I doubt that you will cause any significant undue stress.
