The 3 hood clips all broke off. Put them back together with this. 2013-04-02_10-16-54_68.jpg I put a little milti-purpose grease on the tabs and the hood slides in and out just fine now.

    Thank you Revlimiter.net

Yes. I already have the turbo and a few of the other parts but won't install til I get back from going away for work this summer. Figured I'd do the reroute now while the engine is out so I don't have to deal with trying to install parts on the back of the engine.

Filed off all the lettering on a second set of taillights, sanded them down, then polished them up. Just installed them this morning before work. They still don't look as god as the originals, but at least they're in one piece.

Finished installing my reroute parts. Finished timing belt & water pump. and made my to-do list to get the car running again. this week should be a bit busier with plans to have it running by the weekend/beginning of next week.

Installed all new control arms with poly bushings and zerk fittings. Got done 15 minutes before my alignment at a shop 20 minutes away. Got there just to have the tech tell me he cant complete my alignment because my passenger side inner tie rod has play. FUCK.

    Exciting weekend.

Wash and wax and then picked up a new (to me) power steering rack on Saturday.

Sunday began with a power steering rack replacement, which turned AC delete, and power steering de-power within an hour into it. Everything's out, but I had to stop to take the girl out for our two year anniversary. Boy was she mad when I teased her that I was planning on being in the driveway all night ;)

Today will be de-powering the rack and maybe reinstalling it.

    Rollbar installed couple days ago.

Today, put oil pan followed by clutch on engine, mounted trans. dropped it into the car. Then installed most of the things needed, just have intake and cooling left before I try to start it.
