    Starting issues resolved!!

As some of you know, my car would have intermittant starting issues... i would turn the key, and *click* and thats it. i would cycle the key and it would do it again and again, then finally start. i checked voltage at battery, starter, and ecu... it was all good

    my WRONG steps were...
... replace the battery, because it was old and weak anyway
    ... replace the battery terminals
    ... replace the starter

Lastly what i finally figured out, was that it was a missing ground!!
#3 on the picture below is a ground to the head... mine was removed and covered in electrical tape hiding in the main harness... dumbass previous owners

Nicely done! I got tired of chasing grounds on my NA so I made two ground straps out of 0 or 2 gauge wire and attached one to both sides of the head and to two separate grounding points on the chassis. Never had ground fluctuations again.

well.... the car definetly seems to have a smoother powerband now, and it helped the problem a little bit, but the problem is still there
