Does a track day just for Miatas sound fun??
Interested members of Ohio Miata Owners are coordinating to create a Miata Track Day, for Miata owners, on Saturday Sept 21, at Nelson Ledges Road Course in northeastern Ohio. With the deposits of those participating we are renting the track for the day for our own event. If you have a Miata, live in or near Ohio, come join us!!
We will have advanced, intermediate, and beginner run groups, and we are aiming to make this as friendly to beginners as possible. We currently have 4 driving instructors arranged, who can give you some personal in-car, on-track driving instruction, FOR FREE! You usually have to pay for this benefit! We may also have photography arranged to document the day visually!
Ohio Miata Owners began as a Facebook group less than a year ago, and now has over 300 members, https://www.facebook.com/groups/478759678813248/ . Just a week ago, we created our own forum, http://www.ohiomiataowners.com/ .
A commitment date of August 10 has been set for the Miata Track Day, but there can be some flexibility to that date. Let us know.
