Hey I have no clue how much to ask. It seems there anywhere from 500-1500

These were spray painted the same silver by the PO. It's all peeling and I was wondering if it would be better to just powder coat them then sell them

One of the ugly center caps is missing and only 2 have tires.

I will get pictures up within the hr
