Today my buddy MinuteMan and I finally tackled his washer bottle install. This is *not* the comprehensive DIY found here (http://mazdaroadster.net/showthread.php?10461-Suzuki-Cappuccino-(Nopro)-washer-bottle-install-for-NB-(lite)-Garage-Star-wiper-cowl&highlight=suzuki&p=150430), just a quick recount of a leisurely day doing the mod.
We found ourselves looking up my old write-up from a couple years ago many times since I've gotten rusty and forgot a lot of stuff but after a lot of trial and error, we actually improved on the process and this install is the best one so far.
First order of business was to remove the Garage Star aluminum wiper cowl cover to access the space

MM removed his old ugly washer tank and drained the fluid for later

while I prepped the new Suzuki washer bottle with the required notch

Since the stock washer bottle is on the passenger side of LHD Miatas, the wiring and tubing will have to relocated to the driver side. This can be delicate because the stock fluid splitter has to be removed from the passenger side of the hood and moved to the driver side. I find that on NAs, it is often brittle and breaks while on NBs, it's still workable. If you have an NA and want to do this mod, better order the stock splitter and clips from Mazda first. Also, don't endanger the stock piece by trying to pull off the hose, just cut them first

and then slice them off on the workbench
