NA Jackson Racing CAI with Radiator Cowl

Hey guys i was trying to find out if you can run both the Jackson Racing CAI and a radiator cowl. I figured it wouldn't work as the JR CAI draws air from the nose of the car that flows in from the mouth and over the radiator. And by installing the radiator cowl you would remove the air flow going over the radiator into the intake. All of the pics i have seen of the JR CAI installed on cars are without radiator cowl. Am i right in the assumption of it blocking the airflow. I favor both looks and functionality, but don't want to sacrifice being functional for the look of both, so any input would help. Thanks!!!

you most likely have to cut a hole in the radiator cowl plate to use both

Randy is correct, you have to alter the cowl plate to use both.
