Former model Disk weight Cover weight Flywheel weight
NA6CE Approx. 1.0 kg Approx. 3.0 kg 8.2 kg
NB6C On the same On the same 5.8 kg (same as the M2-1001)
NA8C-SR1 Approx. 1.2 kg Approx. 4.2 kg 8.9 kg
NA8C-SR2 On the same On the same 8.0 kg
NB1-NB8C On the same On the same 8.0 kg
NB2-NB8C On the same On the same 8.0 kg
NB3-NB8C On the same On the same 8.0 kg

So the NB6 flywheel is basically the M2-1001 flywheel :), which might explain why my M2-1002 felt pretty lively for a "standard engine". The standard NB6 flywheel is lighter than the old IL Motorsport Sports Flywheel, and only 0.1kg heavier than the Maruha Type 01R flywheel. Previously, the NB6 flywheel was identified as the "European flywheel".
