Hi!
I'm Alessandro from Rome,Italy and this is my NA :mrgreen:
I bought that on january 2010 and in this 2 years I've made some works to improve that !
The first thing was the bodywork,I've replaced the fender and the doors and it had a full respray.

After the restoration was time for some upgrade!
I've replaced the rubber boot and improved the interior with some leather gear and handbrake leather boots with red stitching.
I've changed the original Momo with a Montecarlo and I've installed a complete a/c system from a Miata,because is pretty hot here!
My car have now a set of Bilstein HD with H&R springs and Fat Cat Motorsport bump stops and front and rear I.L.Motorsport braces.
On the engine I only have changed the air filter for a K&N panel one and the plug wire with some from NGK.
Now I have ready to install a NB brake set and a stainless steel decat :slayer:

Keeeping a massive eye on this build thread. How are you liking the bilsteins and H&R springs. What drop H&R did you use..and what length FCM bumpstops? umm dumb question..are those mk1 bilsteins?

What you got planned next?

What a beautiful roadster. I love the side markers too bad the US doesn't get those. The respray looks great.

The next work will be to install the NB brakes and the stainless steel decat that I already have!
After that I want to complete the exhaust with a stainless steel system from Racing Beat or mxparts ;)

@I<3flippyheadlights : it's strange that who don't have the side markers want those and who have those don't !Here in Italy a lot of people prefer the Miata because don't have those :D

@sss1987 : yes they are mk1 Bilstein !They are fine on the plain roads,not too stiff,but a little too low for the streets full of holes of Rome!H&R say that the drop is 35 mm front/rear but i think that is a little bit more...The bum stops are the 36 mm front 46 mm rear .

Awesome. Are they the aftermarket bilsteins or are they the oem bilsteins? How do you find the handling over stock?
I was actually thinking of upgrading my bumpstops to the FCM ones (could you pm me the rough cost of shipping FCM bits into europe). I was thinking about putting my oem bilsteins onto mk2 topmounts using FCMs conversion kit. However i was thinking of trying to buy just the bushings and bumpstops from the FCM and sourcing some mk2 topmounts from the uk as it will help cut cost.
