This squeak/squeal(See video) only happens during this perfect storm:
1. In first gear or reverse
2. A load is put on the engine to take off/move the car

It is not present during any other gear change, even during a "spirited" up-shift.
Notable mentions:
-I did just complete a timing belt job, and one of the steps requires you to put the car in 5th gear with the e-brake set and break loose/re-torque the crank nut which is at ~120 foot pounds.
-Car did not make this noise before the T-belt job, yes I'm 100% sure it's not the belts.
-2000, with 136k, unknown mileage on clutch
