Mazdaspeed spoiler, what's the market like?

I'm looking to purchase a mazdaspeed rear spoiler for my MSM. I know it's a super rare piece and they almost never come up for sale. A local guy has one, he's asking a pretty penny for it though ($1k). I'd be willing to pay it if it's the going rate, but I seem to remember them being a bit less expensive in the past ($600-700, which is a bit more palatable considering I'll have to find and paint a spoilerless trunk as well.)

Any leads on others for sale?

I got mine via Tetsuya Garage last year, it cost me $600 including shipping. Rod hasn't been posting any of his updates for a while though so you'll probably have to look elsewhere. They are pricey though, I have seen one that was broken sell for over $200. All in with a replacement trunk lid and paint I was over $1000.

I will buy the S2 Racing flat trunk lid instead of the Mazdaspeed spoiler. The NB rear horrible.

Mine mine mine! I've never liked the S2 flat lid for some reason. The mazdaspeed spoiler has always been my unicorn and now thanks to Bo I have one on the way

Now I just need a trunk without a spoiler... anyone have a titanium grey nb trunk who wants to trade for my mazdaspeed trunk with stock spoiler? Or a carbon trunk lid?

I just threw away my oem trunk
