Awaiting Admin Approval for build thread?

Hey, was curious if there is a requirement for admin approval for a build thread? I posted it up and it told me to wait admin approval, but I was able to introduce and post questions fine?

Let me have a look.

There is no approval needed to do a build thread per se but when you're brand new, sometimes it'll trigger a review such as when someone's first post being a link to another site or selling a bunch of stuff.
