Permission to post sir?

Why am I getting a message saying I don't have permission to post anywhere in the Welcome section? I can't greet people, and more importantly, I now can't edit my post for the ROTM where I made a couple typos.
Seems to be just limited to the Welcome section of the site.

Stand by, I think someone other than me has been messing around in the Forum permissions...

Okay, I may have even done this myself, not sure. Anyway, should be fixed now.

The post editing time limit (6 hours, I think it is) still applies. But, you should now have access to post in New Members and Miata of the Month.
