1.6 alternator bracket

my battery light came on today while i was going to work (luckily i only traveled 2 blocks from home). my temp gauge started climbing so i figured the belt snapped so shut her off. eventually i got home by shutting off the car and coasting. once i got home i popped the hood and there was no belt. just as i thought. i went to autozone (in the other car) to get a new one. once i got home i got under the car and the alternator bracket was broken (see pictures). now before i go unbolting those two big bolts are those the only ones that hold that bracket on?

update
got it all switched out. if you ever have to do this make sure you have a breaker bar. i didn't and i ended up going out to buy one.
