Anyone else know they had a full road course over at Pomona? Seems the Porsche guys restored it and been hoarding it for a couple of years.

Yes, but then again, those are real tracks, and in the case of Laguna, a legendary track, while Pomona is mostly a parking lot, with no real safety barriers. Its like would you want to spend $350 to drive to, race at, and drive home from Pomona, or spend $450 to do the same at Laguna Seca?

You guys are pretty funny. It is actually a safe, fun track right here in the LA basin and our last event only cost $125 DE, $150 Time Trial. Even tho us Porsche guys are made of money we appreciate a good deal when we see it. The PCA is an equal-opportunity event provider and you guys are more than welcome to bring those pinatas out and run with us real sports cars... unless you're skeeerd. :) (just kidding)

Here is a little track history for you:

See ya at the next one? Our Fairplex event in Nov. should open for registration next month:

This looks like it could be fun. If anything, at least we wouldn't be driving way up the coast or to some god awful town in the middle of nowhere, we'd be 15 minutes away from my house, lol.

Absolutely!
We usually get a few Miatas, Vettes, Subis, S2ks, and Mustangs that come out and play with us. The DE is open to all drivers with no experience required. The TT requires track experience. If you have been doing this for a while, be very clear about your level of experience and include some lap times so we can get you in a run group with similar drivers. Come out and play!

Hmm if I can get my miata to run for more than 2 minutes flat out then I may be in.

What does DE and TT stand for?

Driver Education
Time Trial

The DE not competitive and is open to all drivers. The TT is a race against the clock and requires track experience.
