Come bid a fond farewell to KINOD's OG members, Steve (Kung Fu Jesus) & Tina Kraus! We'll be hanging out, helping Steve with some of his car projects, and partying like it's 2012...let's give Steve and Tina a really nice sendoff with lots of innappropriate touching, booze, wrenches, and shit like that.

This will be a potluck, so bring some stuff to share!

If I go, could someone help me remove my power steering? I wanted to do it the flyinmiata way but some of the work scares me.

I promise I'll bring steaks. :)

is the rack still in the car?

Benbrg
04-19-2012, 12:08 AM
Yeah, I heard that its easier to start the disassembly with it still in the car. Otherwise I would've much rather bought a spare for the conversion.

kung fu jesus
04-19-2012, 12:29 AM
Hmmm. Yes and no. It's not hard, just a number of steps. Need a bench vice, grinder or dremel with a cutoff wheel, grease, rags, chisel, RTV or plugs are optional.

Thanks for the reply. I've got enough supplies, so I'm hoping that I'll be able to switch shifts with someone to make it out there. I've been meaning to see your car in person though, are you going to this friday's kinod?

Special thanks to David! I was able to knock out everything I needed to accomplish. Thanks to Dustin, Emmi, Chris and everyone that helped me.
It means a lot to me to have the opportunity to get the cars buttoned down before the move and have one last chance to hang out with you guys.

OGJB, fuggen classy-ass ride you have, super jealous! Great to see you back in SOCAL.

I tried to say goodbye to the remaining stragglers in the wee hours this morning, but you guys were circle jerking around the Exige. :).
