A glass or transparent hardtop would be sweet. Some CRX and Del Sol's had them. If they're tinted, you won't get burnt.

The Del Sol had an orange or a blue option. The company who made them is Ameripol. Someone should contact them and tell them to look into NA/NB hardtops.

Just stuff a plastic dish scrubbers in the holes (you can reach them through your cowl area).

I want to see a lower rocker panel that is removable. maybe a stainless steel piece that screws on, but can be removed for cleaning and service.

I was inspired by seeing some mount LED brake lights on their roll bar... For those with a hardtop (preferably bolted on, but not entirely necessary) it'd be cool to have a thin LED brake light mounted at the top of the windshield. It'd be especially nice if someone had an aftermarket trunk that deleted the OEM brake light. The main reason for the additional brake light would just be so the light is higher and more visible for other drivers.

That is a nice idea. My dad has a double hoop roll bar and I fitted LED brake light strips in a "V" fashion on the inner portions of the hoops. I guess a picture would be in order here...

fwiw, time/date stamping your ideas is no longer a viable form of protection for your invention(s). They changed the patent law recently to reflect "he who files first is the owner of that production/idea/design" rather than the original inventor. People should keep their ideas closely guarded until theyve got the money to file.
