I realize you're still getting the skins issue worked out, Randy, but I noted that you can barely see the "Remember Me" box in Firefox, but it's pretty visible in IE.Just keep in mind that as changes are made, they need to be tested at least in the big three browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome).

THIS. I only saw the remember me bit (it's directly over top of the logo) because I read this thread.

Firefox on Linux 64 bit.

What 'Remember me' box? lol

I'm running Firefox on Windows 7 64-bit.

Consider that I'm doing all of my testing while logged in... just added the cartoon Miatas to the header this afternoon, and wasn't even aware of this problem.

I'll see what I can do.

Fixed with a white background behind it for now. Not really a browser compatibility issue, just a layout issue.

no offense, but that's a shitty solution. is it not possible to lower the banner location?

Possible, yes, but you're only seeing part of the problem there. At a wider resolution (1280 or better), the Miata cartoon icons also interfere.

I could lower everything, but as a designer, I don't want to. I want to keep the header as compact as possible.

I said this fix was "for now". I'll revisit it when I have more time.

It'll get there.

Reformatted the login/notification section of the header to my liking. The "remember me" box is now inline with the login button and with no label (put your mouse on it, it'll tell you what it is), an idea I picked up from the vBulletin forum.Checked in Chrome, FF, IE and Safari on Win7. Should be good.
