So i finally got around to wrapping my dash, i bought some vinyl from a local fabric store for $3 on clearance... i wanted a dark maroon to give the car a 93LE sort of vibe, in the pics the vinyl sometimes looks bright red and sometimes dark but its nice.
to start off, pull your dash (there are many threads on how to do this)

i even went as far as pulling all the heater core and blower motor stuff out too...

with your dash pulled remove your VIN, and any imperfections of the dash (i jb-welded my cracks then sanded it)

spray on your automotive grade adhesive and lay the vinyl down, smooth out any bubbles and cut off ecess (remember to rivet your VIN back down!)

remove the a pillar trim and "headliner" trim and use adhesive/nail gun to lay the vinyl down

not neccesary for everyone but i spliced my heater hoses together

and this is how we sit, still have to finish the crash pad and the instument cover (the vinyl sticking up will be tucked in when the crash pad goes in)
