Curious to see what everyone's running for alignment, especially those in autocross!

List any mods pertaining to your alignment settings that might play into it. (For example, if you run sticky tires, if its for a daily driver, etc.)

SuperMiata Dual Duty Alignment (cars that see regular street use and some track/autocross)

In general, the Dual Duty alignment is intended for cars that will occasionally reach the limits of traction and slide the tires but don't want to give up too much tire wear for daily driving.

>=12" front ride height (measured hub center to fender)

>=4.75" front pinch weld height

Front camber: -2° (or as close as you can get to it)
Caster: >4°
Front total toe: 0

Rear camber : -1.8°
Rear total toe: 0

As much as I can get in the front and as little as I can get in the rear.

At 12" hub to fender front and rear it ends up being 2 degrees up front and 2.2 degrees in the rear, I wish I could get a bit more up front and a bit less in the rear but I really don't want to go to offset bushings or stupidly expensive control arms so I make it work :) It pulls pretty even tire temps across the tread block front and rear so it's almost enough but an extra .3 or .4 up front would be ideal to work the inner tread a bit more.

I hope you don't take offense to this, but are you a pretty big dude? Why the rear toe? (I had some rear toe on mine and it was a pain to keep the back end planted in left turns...

Here's mine:

I think I want to match my rear camber to about -.5* of whatever the max I can get in the front is. I'll also probably play with the front toe a bit during the season... I read somewhere that you can count the number of times you turn the wrench and its fairly accurate once you have a good base measurement, but I'm not sure?

I autox'd my 'otter 3 times after buying it before finally taking it in for an alignment. For the life of me, I couldn't figure out why it liked to oversteer when turning one direction and understeer when turning the other!

Same as RyanG. It works great and stays planted in faster turns, pushes in tighter and off camber turns. This on FM 2.5 package with FRBs, 15x8, Star Specs, front bar full stiff, rear bar full soft.

NC content:

-2.5 camber, 0 toe FRONT (caster not measured-- garage alignment)
-2.6 camber , smidge of toe-in REAR.

This is with Flyin' Miata springs, Koni yellows and Racing Beat sway bars set full hard front, full soft rear.

Handling balance is neutral-- car is fast.

Car is daily driven and autocrossed (co-driven) 11 months out of the year.

Street tires wear on the inside edges. Autocross tires wear pretty evenly.

I love this setup.

Car is on Dunlop Direzza ZII 195/50/15

Suspension: Koni sport shocks, Eibach springs on ground control perches with rates 650 front, 450 rear.

It's a little tail happy but manageable. It's neutral enough that adjusting the shocks can settle it down.
