It's your car, do what you want. If you think it's too much chrome, then it's too much chrome.

Personally, not a chrome fan. Don't even like it much on Harley's. But if it makes you happy and you can stand the glare, go for it! :)

I strongly dislike chrome.

If you want to amplify years of negative stigma towards Miata owners, have at it! :)

I think if you want something unique, a brushed metallic look would be interesting.

Go forth and bling away, Justn Bieber.

Just order everything from the Moss catalogue. They've got you covered!

Chrome is for Peterbilts and pre-1990's autos in my opinion, but scratch the itch if you must.

No one cares if you dipped your entire car in chrome. I'll just shut my eyes and wish you were dead for such horrible taste.

Should my judgments influence your decisions? Absolutely not.

Someone who asks these questions clearly hasn't found themselves or is trying to fit in. That's not what this is about.

If you end up throwing chrome on everything, that's cool.. do it.

I'll hate you and your car though.

Never. There is never enough.

Sharka's interior is a testament to having a lot of chrome work without being tacky.

PO for my '99 put a ton of chrome accents on the interior. Basically ordered everything out of the moss catalog. At first I didn't really care for it, but it ended up growing on me. Haven't added anything but also haven't taken anything off.

All that to say I second others. It's your car :)

If it's done right, it's great but if it's done just for the sake of buying stuff then not so great.

You know when you have too much chrome when you start to paint paint it like me.

But in all honesty, do what you like. If I recall, you started a thread and we all told you to do what you like. If you like chrome, go chrome. But if it comes to being too much, take some of it off. Find the right balance of chrome for your car. If you come to hate the chrome, start painting it. Chromed emblems on my car, well, I painted them. I don't like chrome.
