its all good, It would be ideal to find ONE thread that had all of the rally points in the entire state, so new folks could just find the closest rally point to link up.

I did the same, even stuck Orlando in there but then saw your other thread. I agree that in the future, we have a central convoy thread to keep it simple.

It's no big deal as ling as we don't continue 50 more posts about it. We're too close to the event to start moving threads around confusing people. At this point, everyone should know where to meet in their locality for their convoy.

Updated. Gearheads will be leaving Port Charlotte at 8:45am in case anyone from farther south wants to join. The Port Charlotte convoy will be skipping Sarasota/St. Pete/Clearwater and going directly to Tampa to join the main caravan.

Some of the Sarasota area cars are heading up to St Pete, and some are going straight to Tampa. Either way we will meet you all there and a good time will be had by all!!!

Planning to host the next one at the Florida State Fairgrounds. I'll keep you guys posted, I have to get a quote back from them on renting space. We ran out of room at the Lakeland spot.

For what it is worth, seeing the flocks of miatas going down I4 heading to the event was the tipping point for me to get a miata of my own. I have been been dying for another miatapalooza so I could experience it with mine.
