91 miata conv. top was not installed properly. No rain rail and top is not fastened.

My top is fairly new with a nice clear rear plastic window but since it was not installed correctly and it looks like no rain rail, it is sloppy and floppy in the rear on each side . Can this be repaired by anyone in the Bradenton Fl area. Does any one know of someone I could call? I want to avoid buying a new top.
