My miata is 2003. What is best place to get HID, what model? If it is possible to be some plug and play kit!!!

A plug and play kit ??? You mean specific to Miata?

I think only the guys in Japan have a "Kit" per say for the Roadster.

First, you need to know your bulb numbers. For US, it 9006 for the low beams. I don't know if it the same as Miata overseas. There are many kits out there, but the cheaper they are, the crappy quality you will get. Ask me how I know.

Well, for starters, it's different looking. In some aspects, with certain amount of street lighting, I don't notice that much of a difference in lightning brightness. But in rural area or areas with limited street lighting, the HID do stand out. In order to get the maximum output of light, you need to choose a color range.

I personally like 4300K to 4500K. This is going to be the whitest you can get. At 5000K, you will start getting some light blue tint into the color. This is what I have now. Thee picture you gave is the same as what is used in the US. It a 9006/HB4 headlight bulb. I bet other countries cal it a HB4 where in the US it called 9006. As for plug and play, as long as you get a 35 watt kit, you will have no issues with running them on the stock wiring harness.

If you go for the 55 watt kit (my plans for the future), you will want to get a relay harness. There are many different companies out there that do this. I relay harness is used since the draw of power is more and the stock wiring is too thin to handle that much power.

As for a plug and play kit, they are everywhere. There are a few good articles about them round the web. Google is your friend when it comes to this info. I have a DDM Tuning kit in my MSM now. But they suck. AND they don't honer their "Lifetime Warranty". But they are cheap enough to replace if something does happen. Only down side was the shipping time from China. The Retro Fit Source has complete kits with Harness for around $150 I think. It everything that is needed and the quality is most likely better too.

This video is good when looking at eBay kits. McCulloch HID is a good kit, XenonDepot HID is popular since they use Philips stuff. Xtreme HID is popular since they are made in Japan (plus for us right).

You only need the 9006 bulbs. Bowl reflector + HID = Poor & Blinding Light to oncoming drivers. You will blind everyone with HID in the High Beams. Not enough benefit to having HID. My stock bulb for high beams work just fine with the 35 watt kit.

No, I didn't get those since I have my piece of s***. I really frustrated with DDM Tuning and there crappy lifetime warranty BS. I looking at either the HIR and doing the 9012 or 9011 (which ever is the high beam and modding it for the low beam housing) or I might look into the 9006 kit from the RetroFit Source or one of the other companies I mentioned in a 55 watt ballast.

Why to we need to discuss cut off when he installing in the stock projector. At lease he doesn't have a NB1 and trying to install them the bowl reflector housing.
Bowl reflector + HID = Bad. Yes the stock projectors needs some work but I've only seen one person who completed a projector swap and it more time consuming then spending time with your grandma for 4 weeks.

i have a fairly new plug and play HID kit from KATZ lighting *for euro cars* that I removed from mine, the output is 5k and is considerable way much better than OEM. About the only think i dislike about HID kits is the additional hardware in the engine bay, would post pics later is 10 46 pm here

you bet I will. I boughtthe kit from a place in Miami called Car Boutique this is the place where the install the same kits in old Benz and Beemers. I know the brand name is KATZ lighting I have to double check and is 5k output which is not blue or blueish is bright white. like snow white.
