with all this talk about Paint vs Vinyl, I've decided to wrap my car because of several reasons.

1) Materials of vinyl have significantly improved
2) Changing paint color is a huge migraine since it will involve painting the insides and engine bay, not to mention $$$.
3) I can go back whenever I get tired of it.

This is how Suupazilla looked before:

after choosing the color, I also decided to change a few things like black headlights and teal wheels.

I dropped the car off at AerowerkZ in Socal and this is the progress after day one:

I'm curious as well. I like this idea way better than plastidip.

From what I have been reading, the plastic dip does come off easy if you want to remove it, however some folks have noticed it takes their existing paint off with it sometimes.. :fp:

I haven't heard of the paint coming off before, but I mean in terms of appearance. The wrap looks much better than dipping the car.

At least I think so.

Hey Tree re: plastidip...some ricer Honduh wise azz with a black dipped ( sprayed ) car mouthed off to the wrong guy over here. Next morning the car looked like the way you used to peel Elmers latex glue off your fingers in grade school. Big strips peeled off like a banana
