Hey, I got a budget set up for my 99 nb, which is msm bilsteins, ebay sleeve, and eibach springs 350r/550f, just instaled rear yesterday and now my car is sitting way too hight, sleeve is being all the way down, I also modified the top hat a little, so now the lowest I can sit is stock ride heights of the nb. The spring is 7in. What else can I do? I need the fender to be just slightly above the tire. Do the isc tophats do the job? I have not gotten the front springs yet, but I ll probably do 6in in the front. Those shocks are deam long, help pleace.

If I go, with 6inch rear springs and isc tophat, i belive it is gonna give me drop that is needed and anough bump trevel? Am I right? Also, is there any common fitment issue with isc tophats for an nb?

You dont need ISC tophats, they will help but only slightly. Give your springs at least a week to properly settle. Post some pics

I don't know how to measure the ride height properly, here is how I did it, now I gor 5in, but I'm looking for about 3.5 http://s020.radikal.ru/i718/1312/9f/02458ed4084c.png

Measure from the ground to the upper quadrant of the wheel well arch, bisecting through the center of the wheel

OR

Measure from the pinch weld to the ground, front and rear. Same place L to R.

If I might add, measure from the wheel center to bottom of fender, just another method. Most people measure from hub to fender

Could you take a pic of the shock?
Also did you give the springs time to settle?

The NB billies with ground control sleeves work great but you're dealing with fleabay sleeves. Posting some pics would help but quite a few people have another groove cut into the Billies so the can lower the circlip for just this reason.

You can run with 6" springs with no problem, you could go to 5.5" springs, just raise the collars till you get the ride height you want.

Billies take a bit of time to settle, did you drive the car?

I have noticed on the cars I have owned with Billies, when you raise them in the air, they sit higher for a little while. Drive it around a little and they settle in.

I drove them for like 30miles or so, so far. Also, can you get me some pics of how the weld pinch looks, cuz I have no idea how it works. I add picks later once I get home from work. Perfect option for me would be keep the 7 springs, cuz I just paid for them 150$, and I dont want to spend extra money

A picture will help out quite a bit. I have to ask... did you inst all the sleeves correctly? Did you remove the silver shock seat? I have Bilsteins with the Ground Control, and I can get down to 5" at the pinch weld (between the drains) to the ground.

They are the stock size 7" (I think). 375lb fronts/450lb rear

I have them on a set of stock yellow '99 Sport (hard). Personally, I think the springs are to much for the stock shocks, without a rebuild to match your spring rates.
