It depends on what parts you want to buy, how much wear your bolts and bushings have, and what your other alignment numbers are. Google Lanny's Alignment for a full write-up on how to do this. You could get as much as 3 degrees negative, if you try hard enough.

New camber bolts should be installed, you need 8 of them. Figure about $90-100 to replace them.
