Always been a jeep or Subaru guy but really fell in love with miata real quick. So scoffed at people tbat had em and kicked rocks when I saw a nice one. Until my girlfriend bought me mine for Christmas. Dosent get any better then her.

Ripped out whole interior and cleaned from top to bottom. Put down rubberized coating and dynamat (cheap version). Took carpet to carwash and power washed it along with seat covers, Then cleaned every panels. Interior is mint.

Used " vw flyers" wheels
SD exhaust
Repainted all previous blue the old owners made horrible looking under the hood.
FM front and rear sway bars
New top
ITS
Alpine head unit
New fenders
Repainted white
Repainted flat periwinkle
All red tails
Undercoated and dynamat interior
Big bolt shift knob
MazdSpeed spoiler
New door handles

So I didn't mind the flat white I painted, until I gets a call froma frien saying he has extra paint (artist) and was wondering if he could paint my hood. Reluctantly I said yes. I got this when I got home. Not happy, lol.

Color looks good. Not really feeling the all red tails though. Just simply because I don't like red reverse lights. But everything else looks good.

Nice build thread so far. I saw your car at the Miata show (Lars Anderson 2012). I am impressed with your flat blue paint job. I also didn't know you bought that white Miata on Craig's List. I saw it on there, and felt bad at what the PO had done to it....a white soft top?!? I am glad to see that you are saving her. Keep up the good work.

Thanks, the paint isnt perfecr. but its different..yeah the car is still need of some major unfucking from the PO. Right now its just sorta sitting. Big plans for it now. Just came across some money and am in the market for another car. Keeping the miata but looking at GTR a CTS-V or new Jeep SRT8. no clue yet

been doing small things to it. Been on the back burner. Replaced the TB, still un-ricing the thing. My mother backed into the thing, so new paint coming soon. It will be Matte Navy Blue.
It idling sounds awesome since the new motor mods. People always ask now if it has a v8 haha.
