Quick question about valve covers

Since my dream of a v8 miata is fading due to the highly expensive costs, I am thinking ITBs or turbo with a 99 head.

My question is will a 94-97 valve cover fit a 99 head?

haha. i am looking for some jenvey really. looking for the best possible plug and play. i suck at DIY and those itbs you got would never be put to use if i bought them. lol. i just suck that much. why else would my car remain stock under the hood for so long? haha
