90-93 to 94-97 big brake conversion

What do i need to do to convert my 92 to the larger 94-97 brakes? Simple as new caliper mount brackets and the larger rotors? I have hawk hp plus pads id like to retain, but my rotors need to be replaced and i was thinking about swapping the bigger ones in.

Brackets, rotors, pads. 1.6 pads are smaller. Don't use them with a 1.8 setup.
