While not in the most Miata-friendly sizes, I'm stoked for this reintroduction.
Pricing is on par with other SSR offerings. 16" and 19" only for now.

I would totally rock a set of 16" if / when I get boosted again, those wheels are the beez knees

heard of these going back into production a while ago. hated the 16 being the smallest size. would make it work if they were cheaper but if im spending 2 grand on a set, would much rather have the perfect look.

Apparently they don't have the molds for the 15" and would have to do new ones. At least, that's according to some dude who spoke to a rep at a trade show. lol

15" or GTFO.

16" are perfect for the design of the wheels on the Miata. I went up to 16" on my e30 just because of the better tire selection. 205/50-15 is still pretty common, but the modern street compounds are more readily available starting at 16". The prices were comparable, given the quality and performance I was after.

the problem is i have yet to see good pictures of 16s on a miata. 16 dont look as big on e30s imo. most 16s seem to be on stanced miatas and not looking to go that route with my miata.

Woolery had a white NA with 16" Panasports on it a while back, belongs to another member now. It looked very good. The dense pattern of the reverse mesh suits that sizing well.

looked it up looked to big for my taste. do you know if the green has 15 or 16 inch rims. i think nb's look better with 16s than 15s but that is my opinion. i guess i will just have to be a follower and wait to see if someone does it. i could buy the old school ones in 15s for cheaper but might have to look longer to find the right size.

I may have to look at these in the future. I've always loved this style wheel and steven had showed me what 16s look like on my car. If I do, my wideopens will go up for sale.

Perfect for fc's! Would be so nice with a s4 t2 with these in 16x9. Want!

I agree. I used to own a t2 s5 and I always wanted a set in a wide 16''. I think a 16 can look good on a roadster but it needs to be well paired with mods. Personally its not my cup of tea but i do think they can look good.
