Question for those NB2 Supercharge owner

Having a problem with my supercharge so I just want to ask how you guys deal with the vvt. If that isn't the problem than its my supercharge. Problem is that it kicks in very late at 5k RPM.

That is definitely not right. :shrug: Probably a stupid question but is the belt tight?

I did have a very lose belt and it was screeching when revving at 3k RPM but replaced it. The belt is much tighter now but my friend did said my belt seems lose too but I can't get it any tighter. I will check the belt again.

Edit: Belt is tight
