Want!
Someday I'll have all tubular goodness.
Hey y'all, how much in weight savings, compared to factory parts?
They sure look purty!
:frantic:
I've the full control arm set; tasty indeed. Unfortunately, due to Japanese pigheadedness, they don't pass inspection so every two years I need to take them off, put on stock, get it inspected and put them back on. Yeesh. It would be the same with the motor subframe or I would totally be rocking it by now.
wow that is some serious inspection!?! They don't even inspect cars here in Florida anymore, no cat, no problem, big honking turbo, no worries, DOT Race tires, sure why not. :teehee:
If I recall correctly, the subframe drops 10lbs. Not sure about the control arms, but about 4lbs per corner comes to mind. Or is that per arm? Hmm
I've been digging that subframe since I saw it at an FM open house a few years ago. Super yummy!!
My credit card might love/hate me for this question, but is there a special package price for getting all of these bits at once?
Subframe is 10lbs lighter than the NB models. Arms vary, front is good for a little less than 4lbs per corner and the rears are around 5lbs per corner. The front lower adjustment box was reworked recently. We were able to shed another pound and retain the same strength. Both arms and subframe had a price reduction too. We do offer them as a package shoot us an email for more details.
