Very nice Gene, and good on you for not giving up when the engine died! Love the rpf1s! What are those five spokes?
That fastback IS KILLER!!! Outstanding looking car!!! If I weren't such a top down tonneau guy.
Anyone love samurais hehe https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...2335ca294c.jpg
I like them. I took my driver’s license in my dad’s with a turbo. He still has it. I sadly rolled our first one when I was 14.
Never got around to updating but finally got a stand-alone ecu, nothing crazy just a speedy efi unit. Uses tuner studio as the tuning software
Got a new lip since I shattered my old gv rep lip.
New lip is a brainstorm performance lip rep by AGlimited

Back to ecu talk, main reason I went with the speedy efi unit is mainly how cheap it was since this setup would be temporary.
My last year of Engineering I was in the FSAE team and did the engine tuning, I want to further improve my tuning skills mainly for my own personal projects
Will play around with it stock setup and soon after will put back my JRSC

FSAE is one of the best experiences I ever had. Which school/team?
Cal state university Northridge !
And I was in engine subteam with a focus on engine tuning, engine building and dynoing. Was also the driver team lead
All I can say is I’m thankful to be a part of it even though it was cut short from covid

Knowledge on and off the track
So unfortunate, but I had been having problems getting my car started with the new ecu.
After a lot of diagnosing an retracing steps had come to conclusion I may have bought a faulty ecu.
Speedy EFI apparently were know for little problems such as no spark in my case. Car cranks and also sensors read, but doesn’t fire up.
Sent it back to them to get tested and hopefully get a replacement. Motivated to keep going with speedy efi as I’ve heard very good things about this greatly priced unit
Probably the coolest most pointless thing I’ve ever bought
