Just found out my turbo car came with a blown motor :( so I'm starting fresh. How much boost can a stock bottom end take?

I've read 250 rwhp but seen others post 250 wheel torque.
250wtq is the "accepted" number.
All of it
That's usually what i answer when someone asks me how much i run... but my brain hurts so i didn't post it.
Can i still get partial credit?
Thanks guys. I've heard 250 as well. It did 280 at 16lbs before it came apart. My goal is 300 and I have better rods and pistons for it. Just hoping the crank holds up!
The crank will be fine to 500whp+
Yea I have never heard of a crank OR block failing.
It is just the pistons and rods. It was probably just your tune, plenty people are chillen in that range on stock internals.

It's a Turbonetics 60 series and Hydra 2.5 EMS. It has RX-7 injectors (460 I think) so they I will need to be upgraded. I think it was a poor engine rebuild by the previous owner. I'm owner number four so there are alot of questions I'm sorting out. The Hydra 2.7 would be nice too but one thing at a time.
Are you tuning it yourself or do you have a tuner in the area familiar with Hydra? If you answered "No" to both of those questions, get rid of Hydra.
Hydra seems to suck....
At least I understand MS
Never used Hydra or Mega Squirt myself so I'm not familiar with either yet. I do have a local tuning shop to work on it after I get it running again. The guys at Flyin' Miata have also been a big help so far.
