He emailed me back and says he is now in contact with the dealer that has some of the remaining New-Old-Stock in his inventory, these are still sealed in shrink wrap!!!

I think these were originally sold via KG-Works Limited as they use to sell them back in the 1990's (looking at my old catalog).
