Yokohama Parada Spec 2
Street: Bridgestone RE960AS Pole Position 195-60-R14 on stock daisies
Autox: Bridgestone RE-11 205-55-R15 on 15x7
Not a Bridgestone fanboi, but both sets work very well for their purposes.
General Exclaim UHP 205-50-15. I'll be updating this in about 6 weeks though...
205-50-15 Nitto NeoGen
Kumho Ecsta AST's in 205/50/15
I will never buy these again though. Yes, they are quite cheap and are decent for a daily driven when the sun is shining, but when it starts to rain all grip is out the window.
BF Goodrich G-force Sport Comp2 195/50/15
205/50/15 Falken Azenis 615 (not the Ks)
Toyo R1R 225/45/15
Sorry, Phat. That extra exclamation mark was driving me to the wall...
Toyo T1-S 195/50 15
Yokohama S-Drives in 205/50-15.

Yokohama S-drives 195-50-15 but looking at the BF goodrich comp 2's for the next set . Waiting to see what long term reviews yield
Toyo RA1 205/50-15 on 15x7 rims. My rain tire set for the Spec Miata on my daily driver MSM. Don't have any other tires to use right now.
195-50-15 Yokohama s drives. Fantastic tire.
Federal 595 RS-R's
Waiting:
Nitto NT-01...
Yokohama S-drives on the NB (195/50-15)
Dunlop Direzza DZ101 on the NA (205/50-15)
195-50-15 Yokohama S-Drives
Federal 595 195/50/15
OEM seven spokes have Falken 912's, 195/60/14
Work's have old Falken RT-615's, 205/50/15
Winter steelies have some really old and unknown studded snow tires, 195/60/14
Decent, all-around tire, Martin. Those suckers last a long time too. You'll miss a little grip.
Dunlop Direzza DZ101 205/50-15
And not too expensive. I wanted DZ101s, but I my tire shop couldn't get them until next week. I drove the car to my in-law's just north of KC, MO and back over the weekend so I didn't want to wait. Oh, well, these should do okay for me.
OMG, having round tires is sweet! The old ones about bounced me off the road at 65mph.
The DZ101s are ok. I find them a little questionable in the rain. Not scary, just keeps you honest. They scrub when pushed in corners, then speak when they are about to let go. They are great for everyday, but I think the S-drives are a little better all around. Like those above, I want to try the new BFGs.
FWIW, my biggest gripe about Kumhos are how loud they get as they age.
Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec 205/50R16 Polished Twist Wheels
Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 205/45R17 Factory MSM Wheels
Toyo Proxes RA1 205/50ZR15 10th AE Polished Wheels

Toyo T1R 195/55/14 on Bucky
Yokohama S Drive 205/50/15
The '90 has 195/55-14 T1-Rs. '94 has 205/50-15 star specs.
Falken Ziex ZE512's in 195/60-14
Good all around tires. Im stupid and haven't aligned the car yet. Fronts are down to the chords (Due to Toe-in probably)
Debating Flipping the tires, or ordering a pair of Azenis, like I've always wanted... Gonna get an alignment soon too.
Hopefully the RT615K in 195/60-14 should be good in the rain. My car has been pretty prone to hydro planing lately :s
S drives have been extremely fantastic and for the price I payed I could not for any more. Great on the tail of the dragon. I think I payed 320 and got a 100 rebate
195-50-15 Yokohama s drives.
195/50/15 Bf Goodrich Sport Comp 2
And yes, they are excellent.
Hankook Ventus RS2
235 40 17 star spec.
...but most of you dont care.
205-50-15 Nitto NeoGen
205/50/15 Azenis RT-615
Getting RE-11s sometime in the next two months.
Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec 205/50-15
Great for rainy Vancouver, even when it's dry
205 50 15 615k's and they SUCK ! RE-11's going on this week. The 615's are not too bad in the rain but when they get hot they get very greasy. They have a tendency to heat cycle out long before the tread wears out.
Update : my new RE 11's are on. I have two words for them .......HOLY SHIT ! I Love these tires.
195/60/R14 Falken Ziex612... cheaper than most performance tires, but sticks like glue in dry weather and not bad in wet. Only $69 a tire! Also much quieter than my old potenzas and yokohamas.
Toyo T1R 205/50-15
Hankook Ventus RS-3 225/45/15
I recently got new tires. I got the Dunlop DZ101's. I was planning on getting the Star Spec's, but a friend of mine recently bought an Integra Type-R that had basically brand new DZ101's on them, so I bought those from him for $170 installed (he works at Discount Tire) so I figured it was a deal I couldn't pass up.
As far as the tires go, they do their job. I commute 55 miles one way to school and that is why I didn't get super high performance tires. They are better than the Kumho Ecsta AST's I had, but they still suck. haha They occasional let go on my without much of a warning.
I just bought a set of Direzza ZII's (These replaced the old Star Specs). I will be getting Them at the end of the month...
Recently purchased:
Falken Ziex 912 195/50/15
They have been able to keep the car straight in the rain so I refuse to complain.
205 50 15 Yoke AD 08's
245/40/17 Hankook V12 EVO / 17x9 TRM C3 street
245/40/17 Hankook RS-3 /17x9 RPF1 autocross
Wanted something different for street, but got a rebate on the 'kooks.
175/55/r15 on 15x8 :) lol so functional....not
I just go to local meets, and steal whatever wheels/tires I can when no one is looking. Once they start to show metal, I put them on the wifes car.
195/45/15 Yokohama S Drive on the daily wheels (came with the wheels), will be changed in the summer
225/45/15 Toyo R888s on the track wheels.
Wish we had as much choice as you have in the states, I'm considering importing a few sets to get some better tyres in the summer!
Russell.
Rear: Dunlop DZ101s 195/55/15
Front-Right: General somethings 195/55/15
Front-Left: Falken 912 195/55/15
don't ask.
I got a new set of 205/50-15 DZ 101 and the grip is nice. Best bang for the buck.
Some roasted falken 912. Horrible horrible tire.
I had some nitto neogens on before I sold my wheels. Loved those things.
Falken 912s because I don't feel the need to buy anything else.......... yet.
225/50/15 Hankook RS3's
Update
Stones' RE 11 205 50 15 or Hoosier 205 50 15 slicks depending on what I'm doing
hankook ventus v2 concept's 195-50-15
Dunlop ZII 205/50/15
I had the Star Specs before and the handling difference is quite apparent. I can corner the same speed with less effort and more accurately. They are indeed noisier but they are amazing. It seems like they handle better in the wet as well. If you were impressed with the star specs then you will be in love with the ZII
BF Goodrich comp 2's in 195/50/15 .
After running off 3 sets of Yoko s-drives I switched. The Comp 2's are a lot stiffer in sidewall . Very predictable in rain and quieter with a higher treadwear. Whats not to love.
I currently have Kumho Ecsta XS 205.50.15 on stock NB 15" wheels. They're not great in the rain, but they're perfect in dry weather for how "spirited" I actually drive.
now i have falken 912 205/40/16....reason being....they were $288 shipped brand new!
^That's the only reason why I had them.
S-Drives 195 50 15
205/50/15 Dunlop DZ101 - $256... we'll see how good they are when I finally drive on them.
Dunlop Direzza DZ101 P205/50R15 Love them!
205/50/15 Fuzion ZRi - $256 + shipping

195-50-15. Yokohama s drive.
Payed $245 shipped. Discount tire had a buy 4 get $100 off.
195/50R15 Hankook V2 Concept on my street wheels
Just picked up a set of 205/50R15 Bridgestone RE11A for my now track wheels. (Bridgestone had a sale during September!)
falken 914's 195/50r15
195/50/15 Kumho Ecsta AST
Decent tire but I'm looking forward to replacing them with some RS3's or the new Star Specs
Thats why I went with neogens. Friend had DZ101's on his miata and said they were horrible.
I hear ya. Im curious as to how the neogens will do with FWD and 265hp.. lol
And by FWD, you mean fail wheel drive, right? :D
205/50/15 Toyo T1S. Came with car. They'll do...for now.
Been running the Dunlop Direzza ZII's in the 205/50/15 variety for the past few months now. Why? Because I can.
195/50/R15 BF Goodrich g-force Sport COMP 2s. Will likely go with 205/50/R15s when these wear out.
Random all-seasons on all four corners.
They're all 185/60/14 at least.
Stones RE 11 at the moment ( 3 sets of Hoosiers for play time )
I have really ancient Yokohama A008 on my Miata ATM
heads up if you live in florida I have 2 tires for sale. check mazdaroadster classifieds and thank you
http://mazdaroadster.net/showthread....HRII-205-50-15
Hankook Ventus HRIIs are what I just got for my miata now. 205/50/15 on a 15x8 wheel.
Before that were Falken Ziex ZE912s 185/60/14 on a 14x6 wheel.
Michelin Pilot Preceda (PP2) 195/50R 15
Happy with them.
Dunlop Direzza DZ101 in 205/50-15. I liked them so much I got the same for my IS300 in 225/45-17.
BF Goodrich G-Force Comp2 sized 195/50/15. A little on the heavy side due to the extra sidewall reinforcement (nearly feels like run flat) but for a 340 tread wear the tire is really fantastic. Classed as a UHP but maintains decent grip into the single-digit temperatures.
Can I play?
Mickey Thompson 22" X 4" ET Fronts on the front. Mickey Thompson 22" X 8" ET Drags on the rear.
I followed a FB post here thinking this might be a new/active thread. But since Im here, Ill play.
I have 225/15 Hankook Ventus RS-3s that are pretty worn. Next week Im going to be mounting up 195 50-15 Federal 595 RSRs.
I've got a set of Toyo Proxes 4 (205/50/15) soon to be mounted on my 15x7 Panasports. I hope to upgrade to S-Drives, come summer.
Running S. Drives in 205/50/15. They've only got a little life left so I'm probably going to replace them with another set using this current promo:

Toyo R1R 205/50/15. LOVE THEM.
Bridgestone RE002 195/50/15.
Just picked up a set of Hankook Ventus R-S3 for the summer, they are popular at the SCCA events so we will see........
Khumo exsta xs 205x 15. I am pleased with thier wear and they are very sticky, and pretty incredible in the rain.
I am using Hankook Ventus RS-3's as well. Great for me when warm or the road isn't wet.
I'm currently driving on corded Fuzion ZRi's. I will not be buying them again. They have not lasted long at all and after a couple track days, they were completely heat cycled out. The tires have very little grip now and when pushed hard on the street, they chunked.
I just ordered Neogens yesterday and should be getting them installed soon! We shall see how I like them!
Kuhmo Ecsta AST 195/50R 15
Neogen 205\50r 15 here
Just got my Neogens installed yesterday! Haven't had a chance to really put them to the test though! It's been raining nonstop! Still do pretty good in the rain though! I do still need an alignment....BAD!
Well whenever it warms up and stays dry I'll be able to really test them out!! They are the same specs as my old tires, but these ones look "beefier"
I went thru 2 sets of Neogens on my old '03 Mini Cooper. I thought they were great for the money.
There is a turn that I love to take on my way to school, and I was all excited to take it today because I could test out the Neogens.....got stuck behind an SUV! :(
2012: 205/50/15 Star Specs, purchased used for $50 to try out and replace the Kumho Ecsta ASTs that came with the car when I bought it. Loved them so much that...
2013: 185/60/14 Star Spec IIs, purchased new. I ran in the RTR class for 2013. Switching from a 7" to a 5.5" wide wheel meant that I can't give an apples to apples comparison on just the tires. These were definitely stickier than the Falken Azenis 615s on my dad's 91. I did, however, manage to burn off a lot of rubber on the fronts. After 1 season, I had about 5/8 left of the rear and 2-3 eights on the fronts. (Apparently I drift instead of autocross.)
2014: Sold the star specs to a local RTR (now E-street) competitor as I move up to STS. I recently purchased a set of 205/50/15 Rivals on 15x7 TRM C1s. I have yet to test them, but again, I can't give an apples to apples comparison because I also changed my springs.
Yup, Neogens are petty good! Got a chance to drive the car hard today. Tires stuck and had nice grip!
I like the neogens but have not gotten a chance to drive them hard.
