I'd actually be more happy with those lights than the recessed lights on the NC, that make it look like it's always wearing a disproportionately large mask. But we don't know how it will look.

So basically this is a drivetrain testing car, and not a body production.
Did anyone else notice the number of lugs on the wheels have changed from 5 to 4?
This is a good sign of an actual lighter car!!!!
I would say the NC motor is VERY boost friendly!!!
Here is a good article on a boosted NC,
http://mazdaroadster.net/showthread....t-drive-review
and there is an outfit here in South Florida that has a turbo kit for the NC Miata as well. They are listed in the Miatapalooza thread somewhere
Here's the NC heavily disguised back in the day. Familiar elements from a (then) current production Mazda slapped all over the car to disguise it's appearance. Seems like what might be going on here.

Agreed. 4 lug would make things difficult. This is an extremely light camo for anything body wise, so it may be driveline/human interaction testing.
I just hope it does not look like this:

I just threw up a little :teehee:
^^I know reminds me of a Chrysler...................
hahahaha :toomuch:
I'm looking at those headlights and there not standard headlights for a Miata. They have a hint of RX-8 but it doesn't have the little front bubble marker light like the NC and RX-7 has.
