Issues with corbeau mounts

Recently picked up a set of Corbeau RRS seats, mounts and belts. Upon mounting I found it puts me far to close to the pedals and will not allow me to move the seat back any further than it is currently but will allow me to keep moving it even farther forward. In addition, it places the seat too far from my harness bar to mount the corbeau belts safely.
