Super high quality, Uber Rare, limited production, hand made item by Nielex Japan.

Only seen a handful of these stateside, (most of which I brought over myself, LOL) and was told by Joe at RSPEED and also Max from REV9AUTOSPORT that Nielex only made about 250 of these back in the early 1990's never to be made again.
