My first Miata. This brings back memories. It was a 1991. I installed 2002 Ram Air WS6 seats. Comfy and looked awesome! I installed dual borla exhaust and removed everything the car didn't need to lighten it.

Here's my 99' LS 5spd and 01' LS 6spd (54,000 miles) I had to sell when I lost my job. I miss my girls!!!! You will see I switched out the LS wheels on the 01' for powder coated gloss back 17" Motegi wheels.

I can't find my 04' MSM Titanium pics on my work laptop, but hopefully I can find them. Here's some pics of my G35! You can see I love this spot where I take my photos :)

I told myself if I ever got another Miata I would go all out on it. You can see I love black vehicles, but I got a great deal on this red 99' LS 5spd. I've only had it a few months and I think my progress is coming along great!
The day I bought her and picked it up!

Re:G35
Sweet ride! I'm surprised you don't have the windows tinted black yet.
Nope not yet. It's been put on hold as I've had to put $4500 into the suspension and wheels. This is my first Nissan and I did not realize everything was shot on it. The rims were bent and had to be replaced. It's a learning experience. Right now I'm concentrating on my Miata which is easier on my pocket book to fix up, and then I can work on the G.
I'm not a fan of tan interior especially not on a red car. Tan is so hard to keep clean and since I'm keeping this car, I wanted to make this car what I like! Plus, my G35 is tan and that's a pain in the a** to keep clean. So I gutted my interior and sold it to a local KY resident. He has a 99 black M and the tan interior came out nice on the car. Here's my progress of interior removal:
Who says you can't put the entire interior out of a Miata in a 2005 G Coupe? LOL

Out comes the seats and windblocker. Then I was so excited I wanted to test fit my new door panels!

Now 99-00 Miata's have door rods. 01-05 have cables. Unless you want to make a HUGE project, you will need to bend your door rods, so your door handle and lock will function the way they should, and the black plastic door handle ring will fit correctly in the door panel. *Note if you're taking on this project, it's not hard, but you need to pay attention.
Again, these 01-05 door panels DO NOT bolt right on. You have to modify the door rods to make them fit!!! Here's the end result :)

Now some people may think this was crazy to remove very nice interior out of a Miata, but the new interior is just so sweet! Removing the dash took me 2 1/2 hours. Actually it was not that hard at all. I'd say the worst part is removing the bolts around the steering column, so you can drop the column. *If anyone needs any help removing/installing a dash out of a M hit me up, I can assist :D
