this is not true for the NB1, at least not for me. i have it on my car (fed 99) and the header bolted up to the stock exhaust system with out any issues. it fit in perfect, i could pull the header...

yes, they were TRM C1 15x8 +20 with 205/50/15 Falken Azenis RT-615. rubbing issues really will depend on a lot of things including your ride height, camber settings, fender mods, etc. ...
