Most of the time I'd like to see what I am buying, but if I can't find it locally then I would buy it online but only if they have a good rep.

Except for the used Enkeis I bought from a friend, I've bought all my wheels online. With my budget, Tire Rack has had the best deals on NC fitments.
By "my budget" I mean nothing too expensive. There's lots of cool stuff I would roll if I had lots of cash. TR is reliable and will mount tires if you purchase them at the same time. Unfortunately, they use plain rubber valve stems.
