    ZOOM Engineering

Saw there was interest in some Zoom Engineering products. So in case new folks are not aware of Zoom Engineering they have been around since the 80's, maybe longer. The owner makes lots of products for Miata including; bodykits, exhausts, Side Mirrors, Rear View Mirrors, Vintage Lights, Leather Goods, Shift Knobs, and even some very cool A/C Vent Drink holders that keep your drinks cold.

The above photo is just one his Roadsters, he has several. Including a very nice BRG.

Koga-san is the owner and can generally be found every year selling his parts at the annual Karuizawa Meeting in Japan

More photos from the Karuizawa Meeting here: http://mazdaroadster.net/showthread.php?6021

If you guys are looking for high quality parts this gentleman makes some of the best quality parts around. They might be expensive for some, however owners that have his parts installed will surely let you know how happy they are with what they have.

If you see anything that you like make sure to check with one of our sponsors as they can order in these parts for you.

If you have some Zoom Engineering Products installed on your Miata or other make please post up some photos for everyone to enjoy.

I have the cf side mirrors and love them! Bought them thru Rod (Tetsuya Garage). Although they have smaller mirror areas, the convex tinted glass really makes for great visibility and they look AMAZING to boot!

Looking to acquire a second Zoom part...

some of his best known products are all of the different Mirror Options.

For you guys that have the 1994 and later Miata with the mirror attached to the glass, you just need a window mounted arm like this.

Then you can just pick your mirror and it screws right on !!

If you park your car outside on a windy/rainy day, does it collect leaves, rain, dirt etc? Is it difficult to clean it?

It actually has a drain hole that lines up with the stock drain tube that the car has. So, water collection is not an issue. Yes, it can collect leaves but its easy to scoop it out. And also true that it needs some elbow grease to keep it as shiny as it can be. But mine sleeps in the garage :-)
