Racing Beat Intake + Flyin Miata MC brace

Will they fit together? My car is a 1996 NA with the cruise control removed and non abs.

I already have a Master cylinder brace from Flyin miata but they are selling a RB intake locally for cheap.

Is there an intake that will fit with the Flyin Miata MC Brace?

And I know that the intake will probably do nothing for performance but I just like the sound.

    Thanks.

    You try asking Flyin Miata?

At 10pm? I'll try tomorrow because I saw the intake for sale just now. Just wanted to know if anyone here knew, nothing wrong with that. And I searched also. I already know the flogging people get when they don't search. I do know that the Randall intake won't work.

I don't know if the RB or even the DDmworks intake/heat shield will fit.

I don't want to go to a K&N typhoon style intake that points the filter at the exhaust manifold.

No nothing wrong with asking but you'd be surprised how many times such a obvious solution gets overlooked. No ill intent intended....

On the video I have no intake mountet. I will mount the oem intake.
And I have not mounted the MC brace yet, actually I'm searching for it as it went missing.
    I have RB headers though.

    Racing Beat made 3 different intakes;

    - Basic K&N style
    - Cold Air Intake
    - Elbow Intake

which version are you talking about?

The silver elbow with a K&N at the end. I'm going to call flyin miata now to ask.

I called and Keith said that he was 'Unsure' weather it would fit because they never sold the intake.

Garagestar makes an MC brace that will work with the latest RB intake. You might be able to make the FM MC brace work if you grind it down with a dremel, that's if you even need to.

I'm fairly certain i have seen mc braces used with a rb elbow intake but i won't swear to it.

I think I'll pass. The intake needs a new filter anyways. Thanks for the help.

I've seen it duplicated with fairly inexpensive piping from eBay if you want a more cost effective path. Thats what i will probably do since my induction path is unclear and i personally think the RB elbow intake is overpriced, imo.
