Noir will be getting a clean title sibling to wear those parts. Hopefully this fall. And more to come parts-wise on the yet non-existent build. You got a M2-1006 hood in you dust collecting hoard, Martin?

But for now, with Noir and the two Subies, I have my hands full. The Big Subie will be the sacrificial lamb for the next NA.

On a side-note: Black-ops HQ called and item is ready for pick-up. Now I just have to run North and pick it up. Hopefully tomorrow!

Ha, no M2 parts in my collection.

I hope you find the right car when you're ready to buy

    'Black-ops' run done!

And the gang at Hard Dog Fab. are so nice to work with. Martha did a "first" in this cage. Once installed I'll fill y'all in and you can have it too!

Do you folks think I'll make it the week-and-a-half till the vacation to put this in? Guess I'll have to.

And these parts had to go on NOW!!!

Yeah! No more rusty wiper arms and slick clutch pedal. And yes, the orientation to the dead-pedal is correct.

T-minus seven days and counting till the big additions start.

And I finally broke my Randy-cherry and have two items being shipped from him.

And another shipment from Project-G. For ease of entrance / egress.

Remember the fallen! Remember the living! Thank everyone for everything we can do here and now! My heart-felt respect! Salute to my protectors and guards!!!

That last pic reminds me... I have a spare pair of wiper arms to paint! Now I just need dry weather

Ok. Time to start the pre-op check.

My fat-arse weighs in at 154# as of now. Taz at 18#. This will make sense in a moment...

V-8 roadster rails and hardware (plus the plastic bag hardware is in) weighs 17#.

Boss Frog frog-arms and hardware (with their bag) 7#.

Hardware, slip-tubes and backing-plates for cage (plus box and packaging) 13#.

All this packaging will be bundled and weighed once install is done. If I can remember!

    Front section of cage 36#.

    Main (rear) cage 43#.

    Padding and covers 3#.

    For a total of 119#s.

I'll have to weigh the stock seats vs. the Marrad. The soft-top and its hardware once out (it's a glass back). Oh yeah the tiny horn against the three Road-masters and their relay and wiring.

I think I broke a sweat just now. Peace!

    T-minus... Damn-it, it starts Monday!

I cannot wait and also have questions. Y'all know the pre-install jitters. Flow of parts and removals time-line checked off.

    Incoming parts, where are they???

Logistics. My OCD and ADHD (undiagnosed) are in full-tilt mode.

Did do a minor partial install. Changed the oil and while she was in mounted the Rouku rear tow and the Carbine strut brace. No pics. But will update that next week when the strut brace gets its backing plate.

Also. There was a new hire at work. And wanted to see if he would last more than two weeks before mentioning it. But this is his ride.

Got an 'illist' sticker. Has to be true!

He's ok. Young. Told him he needs to loose his style bars for something safe.

    We are closing in... Stay-tuned!

And, on the eve of Noir's install, I run into an old thread of KFJ that I missed. How did I miss this? This is the the clip that made me want to buy and do what I'm doing to Noir!

Why I wanted a pre-OBD2, no ABS, hardtop with a salvage title. Noir and myself want the rabbit-hole for fun on and off the track.

And being an old wrencher. 911's are pricey. Though I miss driving the one's that I got to align in the 80-90's!
