Is that a Maruha Cam Cover Shield? Wow looks amazing! I needs one in my life hahha, also nice touch with the Carbon Fiber Tail Light backside panels, looks CLEAN
Thanks for that No its not a Maruha one, I made it but its very similar.

I'm hoping the tail light carbon panels will fit ok. I'v seen some write-up's on fitting the newer GV panels and there seems to be a few issues. My Tail light panel fitted nicely when I test fitted though, so we will see.

A small update, I had a Suzuki washer bottle arrive, as did most people on the forum I think. Its perfect and a little odd that the standard pump fits straight in there. It will fix my currently broken windscreen washers.

I currently have a aluminium relocated washer bottle that I have never been happy with, so this will replace it nicely. Unfortunately I have made a carbon scuttle cover and trimmed a hole in it too suit the ally bottle. I will have to make another scuttle cover now.

Next up is I fitted the Zoom Engineering starter button. I can confirm that it is totally plug and play, not wiring needed, and took about 30 seconds to fit. Its a really neat product and feels special.

I collected the car from the body shop yesterday after having a few panels re-sprayed, its looking great, unfortunately the weather has been terrible here, so no pictures today.

    More parts arriving tomorrow

Thanks for clarification on the horn button!!! Might have to purchase one now. Much easier than doing to wiring for the s2000 button. I suck at wiring. lol

    Zoom Zoom!

I had another Zoom Engineering delivery a few days ago with these very cute side markers. Posted directly from Zoom, and he was very helpful.

I was surprised how heavy they are, I assumed (wrongly!) that they are chromed plastic, but they are actually machined metal bodies and feel very nice, and very well made. I can not wait for the sun to come back to England, and I can put all the new pieces and the Equips back on the car.

I have a small piece I need some advice on, I would like some brushed finish needle caps for my gauges, seeing as the AWD caps are no longer made, where should I get them from?

On my last trip to Tokyo I picked up some caps (and trim rings and HVAC caps - had a local friend order them but apparently they ship internationally.
Love the quality of their products! I ordered black and clipped off the ends of the speedo/ tack needles and appreciate them every time I look at my revs .
What's strange is when I was looking for the link, it shows the silver ones on the Japanese site http://www.rs-products.info/for-na/メ...2479;ン/
but not on the English one? http://www.rs-products.biz/na-89-97/meter/needle-caps/

Did you get the LED indicators version or just the normal bulbs version?

Hey, I got the standard bulb ones, I feel it should be bulbs to be era correct and if the LED's died they would be harder to replace.

I had another cool little parcel a few days ago from Nengun Japan, I saw these on here and loved them, they look really useful and I'm a sucker for more Japanese parts.

Nice one. Doesn't look like your too far from me. I had the Zoom indicators on 4 of my roadsters and as you says they are nice quality. Keep up the good work. Some juicy updates in this thread.

Thank you very much, yes I think we are both on the south coast.

I hope to get to see some of your roadsters at some point, will you be at the Goodwood Soft top breakfast club?

Well I think I am about there with my turbo build.

I have made an intake pipe that has a 90 degree bend and changes diameter from 58mm to 3 inches, this was particularly awkward to make. Carbon fibre tubes are simple enough to make, but making them with a bend and changing diameter is a bit of a challenge, but worth it for the final piece. I am very pleased with it, the inside is smooth too, bonus!

I wanted an air filter that was a bit interesting and a Do-Luck filter was perfect for it. I think this model is for a Honda something but I had a plan to make it work for my install. It comes open at both ends and has slightly rubbery ends. I made a pair of carbon fibre caps, one is bonded on and seals the top off. The other I have left off currently. Once the turbo is in the car I will work out exactly where the filter needs to sit, I will then cut a hole in the bottom cap and bond the carbon pipe into it.

I need to make a little 10mm union for the breather pipe to go into the carbon pipe, but I will do some drawings for that next week.

Other than that, I have had some water inlet and outlet unions made from stainless, so that I can use some push on hose, and finished the AN10 oil drain.

I need some nice locking nuts and bolts for the manifold to turbo flange, any suggestions?

Ben, still great things going on!

You think you could measure the Zoom Engineering side marker lights diameter for me, please? I have a set of oem type from IL Motorsports installed right now and want to make sure the base on the Zoom set would cover the hole w/o issue before buying a set.
