Parts turned out great! One piece of advice, be really careful with properly and thoroughly cleaning all moving parts, blasting residue has a habit of going in all impossible places. I would take that throttle body apart and give it a good good clean before re-installing.

    Hi
The throttle body will be disassembled, and some parts electro plated, then reassembled....

Great, just wanted to make sure that nothing goes wrong. I had one friend sandblasting an engine block once, and then killing a freshly built motor...

Cannot wait to see more of your build!

Looking good! The bench grinder with wire wheel is your friend! I do most of my clean up on this, then throw it in the sand blast cabinet for the tight spots.

    Keep the pics coming!

All new suspension bolts would be around £200... And some you cannot get...

Plan is to clean them up and get them plated, any that Dolby come out very good when played will be replaced...

For large quantities of bolts you should look at a parts tumbler. You just drop in a big handful of nuts and bolts, then do something else. In an hour, or two, they will be spotless.

Haha, no, you put the parts in the tumbler with the abrasive/polishing materials. Some people use ceramic beads, others use crushed walnut shells (think media blasting materials). Once you place the bolts in the tumbler you turn it on and it vibrates at a high frequency causing the media to "scrub" the parts that have been inserted. While it is running, you can do something else with your time, instead of cleaning one bolt at a time. Sadly, no magic, but you can always wave a wand over it and say some special words.

Here is a nice video showing parts being cleaned. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xQIL19APZE
