Mazda Corral at the 2016 Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    To All Mazda Owners:

Once again, Mazda will be hosting the Mazda Corral at the 2016 Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, August 18-21. At this great four day event, we will have the Mazda Corral located between the bridge and turn 5. For those of you who were there in the past, it’s in the same amazing location, with a great view of the track.

The Mazda Corral will be available for you to park and watch each day’s events with your corral ticket.

On Saturday, when you arrive at the Mazda Corral, you will have continental breakfast along with hot coffee and tea for your enjoyment. Midday there will be lunch catered by Tarpy’s Roadhouse. Water and soft drinks will be available all day, along with a shaded tent and tables for seating.

During lunch, we will hold our infamous Zoom-Zoom box give-a-way raffle. This raffle costs nothing and everyone wins something from Mazda. So, be sure to get your tickets and corral pass and join us for the fun!

If you attended last year, you will remember we had a special surprise from Mazda. Four lucky attendees their cars caricatured by Devin and presented in a beautiful frame for them to hang in their home. This year, be there to see what surprise awaits you.

Tickets and your corral pass are purchased directly from the track (links to purchase tickets and corral passes are provided at the end of this email). One $25 corral pass allows you to park in the Mazda Corral, August 19-21, with your admission ticket. Although the Mazda hosted event is all day Saturday, the Mazda Corral and tent area is available for you to enjoy Friday and Sunday as well. In order to participate in the Saturday festivities, you must purchase your corral pass and tickets in advance. Corral tickets are only available for preorder online. They are not available at the gate. Additionally, let me know how many will attend for planning. I will also have a list of attendees provided by the track. Upon arrival you will receive a wristband that will give you access to Saturday’s events in the corral. There is no limit on attendance, but please purchase by mid-July for planning purposes.

Advance online ticket prices have been announced as follows (prices will be higher and corral passes will be unavailable if you buy at the gate)...

MONTEREY CAR WEEK & CONCOURS D'ELEGANCE

    August 15 - 21, 2016

A tradition going back over half a century, the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance is where the world's collector cars meet and compete. But the Concours is only the final event in a packed week celebrating the classic automobile! All over Monterey County, classic cars take to streets, golf courses, parks and the world-renowned Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, surrounding visitors with automobiles from yesteryear.

Need to experience Monterey Auto Week on a budget? Make sure to refer to our Concours on a Shoestring page.

Visit the "Monterey Car Week Travel Alerts" page for the latest traffic schedules and road closures in the area.
