Exclamation 2017 Recent Hot Wheels/MatchBox & Other Diecast Cars

    New year, new thread.

Yay, finally have the pink S2K! Also, the last car for the Forza set. Both from my local HW friend. Always nice having someone looking for ya when they're out hunting too.

    2017 Mystery Models.

    Gold Tumbler Batmobile chase.

    Mazda Furai

    '13 COPO Camaro

Quick hint and tip. The chase is going to be at the bottom of the box if no one has overly disturbed it when you find'em. Which car is in the bag is printed on the front in the upper left corner in black. You should see a odd code going down that corner, last two numbers denotes the car (if you look closely (right-click view image), you can see the numbers over the Bat symbol).

I've found these Mystery Models seem to be be packed in order in the boxes. Starting with numbers 1-4 at the bottom and then ending with numbers 11-12 up front. I found two boxes tonight, each only had a single Gold Tumbler. I got the 2nd for my local friend thinking he likely will be interested.

I hope those hit here soon, I want a Furai or five.
I've got a lot less horsepower - luckily they are Japanese horses - usually in better shape and more motivated.

I'm going to do a little catching up here with some highlights.

Paul hit me with a nice Mazda care package last week, I love the Furais:

I found my first Super of 2017 on the 13th, this ugly thing:

Last week my local Walmart got a 2016 Q case ZAMAC bin, these were the ZAMACs for that case:

Also pulled an error to send to a buddy who is an error/variation collector:

The following day the next closest Walmart put out their newest bin, also 2016 Q case with ZAMACs. Someone had already been through it as a handful of ZAMACs were missing, but they didn't catch something:

Yesterday a buddy came over and offered this lot back to me, I was weak:

I've got a lot less horsepower - luckily they are Japanese horses - usually in better shape and more motivated.

Think ya could snag a few of those Batmobile Zamacs and send'em my way? Would 3 of'em be worth a '55 Gasser Redliner from the Car Culture series to ya?

I went to the Monster Jam show at the PNC Arena in Raleigh Saturday. After the show was over I went HW hunting and found a few things.

Went to some 5 WMs, 3 Targets, and a TRU. Happiest about finding the Fugu Z and the '89 Batmobile Retro.

I can send you a couple/few Bats (gotta see how many I have left after sharing some this weekend), no Gasser necessary! That one doesn't really do much for me for some reason. Hopefully card condition isn't too important, a lot of them were not perfect, mostly just soft/bent corners.

Now take into account all the K-Mart closings.

I was lucky today to find the new Aircooled series! First time for me to get an entire set of the Car Cultures at once. There were 3 or 4 complete sets on the pegs. I wouldn't be surprised if they all get taken by tomorrow.

Some of my collection, now as a garage decor. Anyone have suggestions for nicer display cases?

Nice find! Local store got 2 cases (4 sets), someone took all the Porsches and that was it. :/
